Elevate Immanuel Campaign Updates
Updates
Letter From Principal Donna Laughlin, Pastor Noah Kegley, Operations Manager Justin Clavet
10.28.2026 - The visible progress with Elevate Immanuel is that the Fellowship Hall tables arrived at the end of September, and they have been used for Bible studies, Confirmation classes, school lunch, art classes, extended care, and so much more. We had some extra chairs that were purchased a couple of years ago for another PTL project, and they have worked out very well. We are in the process of adding gliders to the bottom of the chairs and purchasing additional chairs so that there is a cohesive look to the seating in the fellowship hall.
The other work that has been done on the Elevate Immanuel projects has been more behind-the-scenes. We consulted the engineering firm that worked on the 2004 middle school addition and learned that the gym roof was unfortunately not designed to carry the additional loads of a motorized gym divider. While we are exploring the feasibility of other options, we’ve decided to prioritize the Fellowship Hall, Fellowship Hall bathrooms, and closets by the school entry. We have met with an architect and are awaiting blueprints for these projects. Once we have those, bids will be obtained. We hope to share an update specifically on these aspects of our Elevate Immanuel projects in our next quarterly update.
