Immanuel Lutheran Church and School is seeking highly qualified candidates to serve as Substitute Teachers when the need arises.  Substitute teachers are responsible for maintaining classroom decorum while following the classroom teacher’s prepared lesson plans. Minimum Requirements: (1) Embrace the mission and ministry of Immanuel Lutheran Church and School. (2) Able to follow teacher’s prepared lesson plans. (2) Possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills in relating to adults and children. (3) Possess skills relating to quality classroom management. (4) Successfully complete the background check process. A background in education is a plus, but not required.. Salary Expectations: Half-Day ($70); Full-Day ($140). Regular employees normally scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week and 5 or more months per year are eligible for all the benefits listed above, plus the following:
