EGGstraordinary Easter Experience

Sat, Mar 23, 9-11 AM

We're inviting all families with children age 1 through 3rd grade to join us for an unforgettable event where we dive into the most EGG-straordinary event in history—the Easter story! This isn't just your typical Easter egg hunt; it's an immersive journey through the heart of Easter. Here's what you can expect: a guided tour through the Easter story, tailored to engage and captivate young minds. Our tours, approximately 20 minutes long, are scheduled to run every 10 minutes, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. But wait, there's more! After the tour, it's time for the main event—the Easter egg hunt! Picture your little ones running around, giggling with delight as they discover eggs of all different colors. And the best part? They can exchange these eggs for exciting prizes and candy! But the fun doesn't stop there. We're also offering a creative opportunity for your kids to express themselves. Chalk a sidewalk with your favorite part of the Easter story, and watch as their imaginations come to life. Plus, they'll receive an additional prize for their artistic endeavors! Invite your friends and family to join in on the fun! Don't miss out on this EGG-straordinary opportunity. Click below to register now. Ash Wednesday Services

Ash Wednesday Services

Wednesday, Feb 14; Full Service at 6:30PM in the Sanctuary
15-Minute Service Shorts at 7:30AM, 10:00AM, Noon and 2:00PM

Join us for worship on February 14th! Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent - a season of reflection, repentance, and preparation for Easter. All Ash Wednesday services will include the imposition of ashes, a tradition where ashes are applied to your forehead (or optionally your hand) in the shape of a cross, symbolizing mortality, repentance, and renewal in Christ. NEW this year, Pastor Noah is offering several service shorts throughout the day. These 15-minute services will include a time for confession and forgiveness, the imposition of ashes, and a message; these are great to attend before work, during a break, or if you're unable to attend the full evening service. Holy Communion will be offered during the Full Service only; this sacred tradition is a profound means of grace, through which we remember Christ's sacrifice and are nourished for our spiritual journey.

Lent Mid-Week Services

Lent Mid-Week Services

Wednesdays @6:30 PM
Feb 21 & 28, Mar 6, 13 & 20

During the season of Lent, a time of reflection, renewal, and spiritual growth, we invite you to join us for our special mid-week services focusing on the theme "Otherworldly: Called as Disciples to Live in This Time and This Place." We believe that by embracing our calling as disciples, we can bring a sense of hope, purpose, and transformation to our communities and the world at large. Together, let us journey through Lent with open hearts and minds, allowing the Spirit to guide us into a deeper relationship with God and one another.

Maundy Thursday Services

Maundy Thursday Services

Thu, Mar 28, 4:00 & 7:00PM @Sanctuary

This service commemorates the events of the Last Supper, where Jesus shared bread and wine with his disciples, initiating the sacrament of Holy Communion. Toward the end of the service, there will be a symbolic stripping of the altar, where decorations and adornments are removed to reflect the solemnity of Jesus' impending crucifixion and death. This act symbolizes the stripping away of Jesus' dignity and humanity before his crucifixion. This is a solemn and reflective occasion, providing worshippers with an opportunity to remember and participate in the events of Jesus' Last Supper and prepare spiritually for the culmination of Holy Week.

Good Friday Services

Good Friday Services

Fri, Mar 29, 4:00 & 7:00PM @Sanctuary

This service is a somber and reflective gathering that commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It includes a Tenebrae service, which involves the gradual extinguishing of candles as readings recount the events leading to Jesus' death, culminating in darkness to symbolize the moment of Christ's death. The service provides worshippers with an opportunity to journey through the profound mystery of Christ's crucifixion and to meditate on the depth of God's love and redemption. It is a time for solemn reflection, prayer, and gratitude for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Pastor Noah will conclude the service by slamming a book, this symbolizes the finality of Jesus' death on the cross. It is a dramatic gesture that underscores the gravity and solemnity of the occasion, emphasizing the reality of Jesus' sacrifice for the salvation of humanity.
